1. Service
The service provides a non-custodial interface that helps users prepare, review, sign, and submit standard Solana token-creation transactions. We do not hold user private keys, recovery phrases, tokens, or transaction authority. Your wallet is responsible for displaying and signing the final transaction.
2. Eligibility
You must be legally capable of entering a binding agreement and permitted to use blockchain services in your location. You may not use the service from a sanctioned or prohibited jurisdiction or on behalf of a prohibited person.
3. Your responsibilities
- Verify every token name, symbol, supply, decimal setting, logo, URL, network, authority choice, wallet address, and fee before signing.
- Use only content and intellectual property you own or are authorized to use.
- Comply with securities, consumer-protection, sanctions, anti-fraud, tax, advertising, privacy, and other applicable laws.
- Protect your wallet, device, credentials, and recovery phrase.
- Provide accurate public disclosures and never mislead buyers or users.
4. Fees
The interface currently discloses a 0.05 SOL service fee before signing. Solana network fees, account rent, wallet fees, RPC costs, liquidity costs, and third-party charges are separate. Fees may change prospectively, but the transaction presented by your wallet controls what you approve.
5. Authorities and permanence
Revoking mint or freeze authority may be permanent. Blockchain transactions may be irreversible. We cannot recover a wallet, reverse a transaction, change a token, restore an authority, guarantee metadata visibility, or retrieve funds sent to an incorrect address.
6. No endorsement
Creation of a token through this service does not mean AWE verifies, audits, sponsors, endorses, lists, values, or guarantees that token or its creator.
7. Suspension and removal
We may block access, remove hosted metadata or logos, preserve evidence, or cooperate with lawful requests when we reasonably suspect fraud, impersonation, infringement, malware, sanctions violations, illegal activity, abuse, or risk to users or infrastructure.
8. Third parties
The service depends on wallets, Solana, RPC providers, hosting, explorers, and other third parties. Their availability and terms are outside our control.
9. Disclaimers
The service is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness, non-infringement, uninterrupted operation, security, profitability, liquidity, listing, or regulatory status.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AWE is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, trading, token-value, lost-profit, lost-data, wallet, smart-contract, network, or third-party losses. Where liability cannot be excluded, total liability will not exceed the service fee you paid for the affected transaction.
11. Indemnity
You agree to defend and indemnify AWE against claims, penalties, losses, and expenses arising from your token, content, marketing, legal noncompliance, infringement, fraud, or breach of these Terms.
12. Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use after an updated effective date constitutes acceptance, where permitted by law.
13. Contact
