You must not use the service to create, advertise, support, or host metadata for tokens involving:
- Impersonation of a person, company, government, project, exchange, stablecoin, or existing token.
- Logos, names, trademarks, copyrighted works, or personal images used without authorization.
- Fraud, phishing, wallet draining, malware, deceptive links, fake support, or theft.
- Guaranteed returns, false price claims, fake partnerships, misleading audits, fabricated reserves, or undisclosed paid promotion.
- Pump-and-dump schemes, wash trading, market manipulation, hidden selling restrictions, honeypots, rug pulls, or deceptive liquidity claims.
- Unregistered or unlawful securities offerings, money laundering, sanctions evasion, terrorist financing, bribery, tax evasion, or other illegal financial activity.
- Counterfeit fiat, misleading “stablecoin” claims, or claims of asset backing without verifiable authorization and reserves.
- Illegal goods or services, exploitation, harassment, hate, threats, non-consensual material, or content involving child sexual abuse.
- Collection or publication of private personal data without lawful authority.
- Spam, automated abuse, denial-of-service activity, storage exhaustion, or attempts to bypass security and rate limits.
Enforcement
We may refuse service, restrict access, remove hosted files, preserve evidence, notify affected parties, and cooperate with hosting providers or lawful authorities. On-chain tokens cannot necessarily be removed or disabled by AWE, but hosted metadata may be restricted when required for safety or compliance.
Creator accountability
You remain fully responsible for your token, team, disclosures, marketing, sales, holders, liquidity, taxes, and legal compliance. Passing automated validation is not approval or endorsement.
Reporting abuse
Use the official contact channel at appswebstore.com. Include public evidence such as the mint address, metadata URL, transaction signature, and reason for the report. Do not send private keys or recovery phrases.
