1. Information processed
- Public wallet address and wallet-signed authorization message.
- Token name, symbol, description, website, logo, metadata, mint address, and public transaction signature.
- IP address, request time, browser/server logs, security events, and basic device/network information.
- Messages you voluntarily send to support or abuse contacts.
2. Information we do not request
We do not ask for or intentionally store wallet recovery phrases, private keys, wallet passwords, or custody of user funds. Never provide these to us or anyone claiming to represent us.
3. Purposes
We process information to provide token creation, host public metadata, verify wallet authorization, prevent spam and abuse, enforce policies, troubleshoot errors, secure the service, comply with law, and respond to support requests.
4. Public blockchain and metadata
Solana transactions and token information are public and may be copied permanently by explorers, wallets, indexers, archives, and third parties. Token logos and metadata are intentionally public so compatible wallets can display them.
5. Retention
Token logos and metadata may be retained for the operational lifetime of the service because created tokens depend on their URLs. The local IP rate-limit record is designed to retain only recent request timestamps for approximately one hour, while ordinary hosting/security logs may be retained according to our hosting provider’s settings and legal needs.
6. Sharing
Information may be processed by hosting, security, RPC, wallet, blockchain, analytics, or support providers; made public through Solana and metadata URLs; or disclosed when required to protect users, enforce policies, investigate abuse, or comply with lawful requests. We do not sell recovery phrases or private keys because we do not collect them.
7. Security
We use file validation, random filenames, wallet-signed upload authorization, rate limiting, restricted upload execution, HTTPS, and security headers. No internet service is completely secure.
8. Your choices and rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or objection concerning off-chain personal information. Blockchain records cannot generally be altered or deleted, and deleting hosted metadata may harm existing token holders. Identity verification may be required before processing a request.
9. Children
The service is not directed to children or persons unable to enter binding financial agreements.
10. International processing
Blockchain and hosting infrastructure may process or replicate information internationally.
11. Contact and changes
