Refund Policy

Effective: 2 August 2026

The token-creation transaction is atomic: if the complete transaction fails before confirmation, the service-fee transfer should not complete. Network fees may still be handled according to Solana and wallet rules.

1. Before signing

You can cancel before approving the wallet transaction. No AWE service fee is charged by an unsigned transaction.

2. Confirmed transactions

After Solana confirms a transaction that creates the token and transfers the disclosed service fee, the service has been delivered and the fee is generally non-refundable. Blockchain transactions cannot normally be reversed.

3. Non-refundable costs

Solana network fees, priority fees, account rent, wallet charges, RPC fees, DEX/liquidity expenses, token-value changes, and third-party charges are not controlled or refundable by AWE.

4. Eligible review

We may review a request involving a duplicate service-fee transfer, a confirmed service-fee transfer without the corresponding token creation due solely to a verifiable defect in our transaction construction, or a fee different from what our interface disclosed. Approval is not guaranteed where the user changed, separately submitted, or approved a different transaction.

5. Request deadline

Submit a request through the official contact channel on appswebstore.com within seven calendar days. Include the public wallet address, mint address if available, transaction signature, date, and explanation. Never send a private key or recovery phrase.

6. Abuse and prohibited tokens

No refund is owed when access, metadata, or content is restricted because of fraud, impersonation, infringement, sanctions, illegal activity, policy violations, or abusive behavior.

7. Mandatory rights

Nothing in this policy limits consumer rights that cannot legally be waived in your jurisdiction.
